Figures at a Glance

The Commercial Department includes employees in Administration, Accounting, Controlling, and HR. Their tasks are numerous: the Controlling and Accounting Team assumes responsibility for the careful and forward-looking planning of the annual budget and the collection of goal-oriented key figures for controlling the business operations as well as fulfilling all reporting obligations and correctly processing all financial transactions.

Looking After Employees

The tasks of the Administration and Human Resources Department are also varied: the team is the initial point of contact for applicants and visitors. They support Morton’s employees in all matters concerning their workplace, as well as the Executive Managers in the areas of personnel support, personnel recruitment, and personnel development.
