Quality: From the Raw Material to the Finished Product

We have access to a wide range of testing devices and testing methods in our in-house testing laboratory. Such resources enable us to ensure high-quality plastic yarns consistently and research the properties of newly developed products. The laboratory team prepares test reports and supports our exciting development projects with tailor-made and specially developed analytical methods.

Continuous Emphasis on Quality

The laboratory team ensures the functionality of the testing devices and other laboratory facilities. Furthermore, this team develops new test methods and optimizes existing ones. The colleagues maintain testing schedules and specifications for our products and regularly perform measurements during production. The laboratory team’s work is done hand in hand with the laboratory colleagues based in the production area.

Documenting and statistically evaluating the test results is just as much a part of the field of activity as the optimization of test sequences and release procedures.

Quality controls on the sports fields which have already been installed and on-site measurements of sport-specific technical characteristics are also an integral part of what we do.
