At Morton, everyone is an important part of the team—including our apprentices from the moment they join our team. We offer practical, hands-on training and quickly teach you what you need to know to work independently. Our training is on an inter-company basis, together with the Freudenberg technology company in Weinheim. This facilitates in-depth teaching of specialized topics. Exam preparation is also done in cooperation with Freudenberg.
After successfully completing training, employment is, of course, possible.

Apprenticeships
Electronic technicians for industrial engineering (m/f/d) are part of the electrical and mechanical maintenance team. As an apprentice, you will learn the basics of electrical engineering, acquire an extensive knowledge of PLC and electric drive technology, and learn to maintain and repair our equipment.
Machine operators (m/f/d) are part of the production team for our fiber extrusion production. As an apprentice, you work and learn on state-of-the-art extrusion lines. In addition to controlling and operating the production lines, you will learn about high-quality products and the basics of metal processing.
